Introductory Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase regulate the procedures for ordering, payment, delivery, returns and complaints relating to products, the protection of copyright, and the general terms of business applicable to purchases of products offered through the mirror-perfumes.com online store.
The Seller is MIRROR PERFUMES d.o.o., Selska cesta 44, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, OIB 55076910231 (hereinafter: the Seller).
The Buyer is any visitor to this website who completes the electronic order form, submits an order, and makes payment using one of the available payment methods.
By making a purchase through this online store, the Buyer confirms that they are familiar with these General Terms and Conditions and accept them in full.
Ordering Procedure
The Buyer orders products using the electronic order form.
A Buyer is any person who electronically orders at least one product, enters the required information, and submits the order.
Products are ordered by adding them to the shopping cart. The goods are considered ordered when the Buyer selects and confirms the payment method and confirms the order.
All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include value-added tax (VAT).
The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information entered when making a purchase.
No later than one business day after receiving the order, the Seller will send an order confirmation to the Buyer at the provided email address, containing a list of the purchased products, prices, delivery method and address, the total amount charged, and the unique transaction identification number. We recommend that you save or print the received confirmation.
Payment Methods and Terms
Ordered products may be paid for online using one of the following debit/credit cards: Visa, Mastercard® or Maestro®. In addition to online debit/credit card payments, orders may also be paid by a general payment slip or bank transfer via online banking.
Online debit/credit card payments are processed through the CorvusPay service. CorvusPay is a payment institution licensed by the Croatian National Bank.
The Buyer’s debit/credit card is charged upon successful authorization of the transaction, i.e. when the order is confirmed.
When payment is made by general payment slip or bank transfer, the ordered products will be dispatched after the payment has been recorded in the Seller’s account.
The Seller does not charge any additional payment processing costs or fees for the use of any particular payment method.
Delivery Terms
Items will be shipped within 3 business days from the time the order is placed. However, most orders will be processed and shipped on the same day. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 6 business days after you receive the shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within one week, please notify us by email at info@mirror-perfumes.com.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Delivery is carried out through MBE (Mail Boxes Etc.).
Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart and on the checkout page before the order is confirmed, including VAT. The final shipping cost depends on the delivery address.
The Seller undertakes to dispatch the shipment to the Buyer upon receiving confirmation that the online transaction has been approved. If the products are immediately available, they will be dispatched on the same business day on which the order is received, and no later than within 3 business days.
If the goods are unavailable, the Seller will notify the Buyer by email or telephone of the possible delivery date. The Buyer may then accept the new delivery date or cancel the order.
Ordered products are packed in such a way as to prevent damage during normal handling. Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer is required to inspect the shipment for possible damage and immediately report any damage to the delivery service, or refuse to accept a shipment showing visible external damage.
Delivery is available to the following countries: Slovenia, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Germany, Slovakia, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Croatia, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Finland, Greece and Romania.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs charges and import duties may apply. These costs are borne by the Buyer and are not included in the price of the products or shipping costs.
The Mirror Perfumes online store uses Corvus Pay for all online payments.
Corvus Pay is a payment institution licensed by the Croatian National Bank that provides payment initiation services. The service automates bank transfers for online shoppers and merchants. It enables customers to make payments in online stores directly from their accounts to the merchant’s account, in the same way as when paying through internet or mobile banking, without using payment cards. Faster cash flow and transaction status information available to merchants help accelerate the delivery of goods and services.
Corvus Pay holds a PCI DSS certificate for secure online transactions.
Product Availability
If a product is unavailable, this will be indicated on the product page. Although availability may be displayed on the website, we cannot guarantee product availability, and products may not be immediately available for delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any or all products, or to cancel any order.
Material Defects and Complaints
This website is owned by MIRROR PERFUMES d.o.o., Selska cesta 44, Zagreb, Croatia.
Our customers are our priority. Customer service is available by email at info@mirror-perfumes.com and will assist you as quickly as possible.
The Seller is liable for material defects in products in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Obligations Act.
If the product received is not the product ordered or is damaged, the Buyer must notify the Seller at info@mirror-perfumes.com, stating the order number and invoice number, providing a description of the defect, and indicating whether they request a replacement or refund.
The Seller will process the complaint received and notify the Buyer of the outcome within 15 days from the date the complaint is received.
Product images shown in the online store may not fully correspond to the actual appearance of the product, for example due to differences in colour shades caused by display settings. Such differences cannot form the basis of a complaint.
NOTE: All returned products must be unused and must include all labels, tags and accessories originally supplied with the product.
Right of Unilateral Withdrawal from the Contract
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, a Buyer who purchased the product as a consumer has the right, without giving any reason, to unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date on which the goods came into the possession of the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer who is not the carrier.
To exercise the right of unilateral withdrawal from the contract, the Buyer must notify the Seller of their decision before the expiry of the withdrawal period by means of an unequivocal statement sent by post or email to info@mirror-perfumes.com, stating their full name, address, telephone number and email address. The Buyer may also use the enclosed unilateral withdrawal form.
The Buyer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal notice was sent. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer.
The Seller will refund the amounts paid without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which the notice of withdrawal is received. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or until the Buyer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back.
Refunds will be made exclusively using the same payment method used for the original payment, i.e. to the debit/credit card used to make the payment.
The Buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods beyond what was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all labels and accompanying accessories.

Jurisdiction
If the Buyer is dissatisfied with the outcome of the complaint procedure, the dispute shall first be resolved amicably. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, jurisdiction is agreed to lie with the competent court in Zagreb.
The consumer may submit a proposal for dispute resolution before an alternative consumer dispute resolution body in accordance with the Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes.
Consumer Complaints and Alternative Dispute Resolution
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Buyer may submit a written complaint regarding the quality of our services:

We will respond to the received complaint in writing no later than 15 days from the date of receipt. Please include your full name and the address to which you would like the response to be sent.
A consumer dispute may also be resolved through an alternative consumer dispute resolution body, in accordance with the Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes.
Copyright Protection
All content published on the mirror-perfumes.com website, including texts, photographs, illustrations, logos, trademarks, designs and graphic solutions, is the property of MIRROR PERFUMES d.o.o. or is used with the permission of the respective rights holders and is protected by copyright and industrial property legislation.
The Buyer or visitor undertakes not to reproduce, distribute and/or publish without authorization any material subject to copyright or other intellectual property rights without the express written consent of the holder of those rights.
General Provisions
MIRROR PERFUMES d.o.o. reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions and rules. Each individual order is subject to the General Terms and Conditions that were in force at the time the order was submitted.
The Seller reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to modify, discontinue or cease offering any product and to cancel any order.
The services provided by the mirror-perfumes.com online store do not include any costs incurred by the Buyer in using computer equipment and services required to access the website.
Products may only be sold to persons over the age of 18.
